Return Policy

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

The order must be returned with the original packaging, full contents of the order and PDF returns note which will be emailed to you upon your returns request. 

Please note that the costs of the return are up to the buyer

Unless an item arrives damaged return labels and postage are the responsibility of the sender. You will need to purchase a returns label and ship the beads back to Thailand to be eligible for a refund.

We recommend when sending you opt for insured and tracked shipping options. Please and keep hold of your returns receipt upon sending your order as proof of postage.

This is for two reasons. Firstly you can track your return shipment. Secondly your shipment is insured in the case it is lost or damaged by your shipping company, where you will then need to make a claim with the shipping company directly in this instance.

Once your return has been received it can take up to 14 days to process the refund. 

Damage upon arrival

If an item arrives damaged during transit please take photographs of the order upon its arrival and email them along with your name, order number and address to [email protected] 

Refunds are offered in the rare instances that Bodhi Beads arrived damaged during transit.
